Change Management

Project Management (Client-side)
We’re strategic Project Managers – ready to immerse ourselves into your organisation, to better understand you and work within your blended teams. The projects we manage are always done so through the eyes of your own people. So while setting and sticking to deadlines and managing performance are essential parts of the work we do, effectively communicating and fostering strong internal relationships is what’s most integral to a project’s success. We make it happen through budget and vendor management, overseeing workstreams – including physical fit-outs, changes to the IT structure, changes to working practices and moving all staff and equipment, leading the project team and managing governance.

Employee Experience Blueprint
The co-design process will help us to create a complete employee experience blueprint, which becomes your map for creating a world-class workplace. Detailed employee personas, EX lifecycle journey map, design principles, change management plan, a new way of working habits and workspace concepts could all make up this blueprint.
Detailed Design and Deployment
We’ll develop the supporting specification documents that will create a fit-for-purpose workplace and way of working - including detailed physical and virtual design, workplace operations model, workplace co-design, leadership programs, and new ways of working change modules.
